IBM has changed after covidGone are the days when you have endless wfh. I have a very vaild reason to request IBM for not coming to office every week they deny it. Your hike is linked to it. It has been my dream to work here because I though I can manage work and kids, but it never same. After the new CEO . It is crazy when you have to come to office 3 days in a week when you can’t meet ur colleagues, can’t have a place to sit some times. If is more crazy when they ask you to come 5 days when u are in bench and get relaxation when you are in project. This is what is IBM end of wfh.
