Great Learning Opportunities Projects across many domains Salary Structure and Hikes Rewards and Peer Recognition with Blue points which is very awesome WFH flexibility

Cons

Staff Aug projects - Don't get the visibility if you work on these. Annual Bonus is very minimal(Depends on Firm Performance) Many projects require other than general shift timings
