I joined as fresher in 2015. its very difficult to survive as work pressure is much more on fresher than experienced. though I learn a lot. Coming to benefits, there is unlimited sick leaves

Cons

This is completely manager driven company, for any of your concern no one will listen to you. Management is very bad, they are just communicating with your manager. Though according to IBM policy you can switch your project after 18 months, but if manager wants you can not get release from current project, and higher management will not help you in that case.

1. Bad HR policies 2. People manager(HR) assigned is same as your DM so you can't really approach him for some issues 3. Billable Utilization decides your rating 4. Leaves are not approved easily 5. Employees are sacked if they are on bench for long or they will be forced to move to some other location where project is there 6. Poor managers - not able to handle pressure 7. many many more
