Pros

At least it is a job.

Cons

Very disorganized structure or maybe It's just vague by design. Products are overly complex and doesn't hold up to competitors. IBM just barly meets SLAs with customers, or doesn't meet SLA and tries to cover it up. No upward mobility for technicians. Several lay-offs a year. Regularly furloughs contractors. No raises and bonuses are very small and rare or non-existant. Yearly training requirements but it doesn't increase upward mobility or reward employee monetarily.
