Good policies for Employees , and also good atmosphere

but asks to be on call for whole tenure without any additional money

It's Okay kinda.

Pros

Sick leaves. Work from home( if not at client location). Maternity leaves. IBM ISIL is good for learning and development perspective.

Cons

No Tea/Coffee Wending machine. Paid Insurance or amount deducted from our salary. Very less hike ( negligible). Not much growth opportunity.

Working From Home but not frequently. Flexible timing.

Cons

Lots of politics, Career growth depends on rapport with manager. Lots of partiality and false promise of promotion. People survives without doing anything, any knowledge. Still get progressed because of having good term with manager.
