Flexibility in terms of providing Laptop is very good. Good place for the female IT consultants. Lots of knowledge sharing and gaining possibilities

Pros

Big Brand Flexible timing Great work enviornment You can make your profesional profile valuable for other employer, they will respect you and you may get good chance to work with some other big brands. you can enhance your technical skill beacuse IBM conduct training session time to time for their employees.

Cons

No increment in IBM, better to negotiate at the time to join. No facility for employee refreshment like tea, cofee. Managment is very process oriented... eg to change mouse of your computer you have to write 5-6 mails and you may have to wait 3-4 days
