Pros

There is no swipe in rule as such. U are not bound to stay in office for any minimum hrs in hybrid mode of work. It also depends on project. There is great work life balance. The company reimburses any certification amount that we take

Cons

The salary hike is very less. If are working from home for some reason they will get everything done but will give 0 hike

Cons

Mostly one get the project from different timezone which cause for late night meeting. Slow development because of cost approval delay
