Work life balance, will not make much work pressure

Cons

Manager is the god, people does not get judged on skills rather it depends on how close you are with your manager. Irrelevant concepts of People Manager and Project Manager, which becomes same after a period of time i.e your PM also becomes your PeM. Managers mostly are non technical they are only functional they don't get an idea how irrelevant leads are leading the team with no knowledge but Managers can't judge them because they are non technical. A single resource has lots of manger above him(stupidity).

* Much freedom in how you work; not micro-managed. * Telecommuting has some benefits

Cons

* Management cared more about utilization (number of hours worked) than what is actually produced. No benefit to being efficient and hard working. * Management cares more about hourly rate of employees and thinks everyone is easily replaceable with cheap offshore labor.

Best place to work for women. Best work environment and work - life balance. We can get more exposure to technologies and grow ourselves in our favorite.

Cons

Low salary for freshers (only for fresher). Promotion delays due to internal politics. Apart from that nice place to start career.
