      Company has very high standards when it comes to work place environment. Plenty of opportunity to grow in the career you dreamt of.

      Lot of hidden catch in salary. Better clear it up with the management and the HR while hiring.

      Pros

      1) Every thing depends on the kind of manager you get , if manager is good its a good place to work . 2) Flexibility to work from home and on taking leaves provided the outcome of pointer 1 above is positive . 3) You can learn a lot of new technologies . 4) You are truly recognized if you really work hard and some what if your in limelight in your team . 5) Has a set of great architects working at onsite so much to learn from them .

      Cons

      1) Everything is manager driven takes at least 2-3 years for him to gain confidence in you if you are an inwardly person . 2)There is recognisation but no reward as such. 3) Not so good for experienced or lateral hires since management is hiring only fresher's. You hardly get to learn anything out of them . 4) IBM hires fresher's with good grades but with very less aptitude or no brains especially the team where I was leading . 5) if your sincere towards work for sure you will get burnt out .
