Constant headcount reductions have created a culture of fear and instability. Poor technology stack, with some offerings bordering on vaporware. Incentive plans have been slashed or removed entirely. Career progression is essentially frozen—promotions are rare and often political. Domestic high-value roles are being offshored aggressively, undermining both quality and morale. Leadership is disconnected from employee reality; psychological safety is non-existent. Feedback from employees is routinely ignored. While the company touts innovation, internally it's all cost-cutting and shareholder appeasement. C-suite pay continues to climb while employee recognition evaporates.
