Great people through out the organization. They seem to be executing better in AI consulting vs past trend waves. Hoping they stay on lead in quantum. If you have a great leader you can succeed.

Cons

Missed most major IT waves. Has to buy themselves into most market expansion segments including cloud, AI, etc. really screwed the pooch with Watson Health. Set them back in HC a decade. If you have a bad leader you are screwed.
