      Pros

      Boost about many things, when delivering you will hear the worst excuse. in actual things are way different than promised

      Cons

      I belong to a premier colleges one of top 10 MBA. during college selection the post offered and the one which is given in offer letter is totally different (Advisory Consultant Vs Associate Consultant). the excuse was given on telephone is - the matrix got changed, package offered is not uniform. when placed these grievances in front of HR she mentioned - u have 2 options take it or leave it. Also both the positions are same (Even i don't know how they are same)

      Pros

      There are no reasons to work here. Management is poor there is no proper integration between IBM and Network solutions. All Employes are struggling. Salary hike is 0%. No Proper positions and salary as per the rating. No one is Responsible, No Leader OR no one is there to Lead this company.

      No Challenges. Company should be improved in all stages. Management, development ..etc
