Very Less Hike , Shift allwance is very less , 1st & 2nd Line Manager has Most Power to take decisions.

The learning resources and breadth of research available to you is unbelievable. If you want to know about anything you only have to reach out and ask, from anyone in the world. Also everyone who I have worked with is exceptionally smart. They say the people keep you coming back and that is definitely true. If you want to make it one direction or be anything you generally can. You simply only have to get started, push in that direction and let people know that is the direction you want to go.

Cons

Even the smartest people are hampered by bad process and IBM appears to be as bad as it gets. Worldwide strategy and implementations don't appear to work at the local level in my country and despite the attempts to make the company an Agile one the lengthy processes are still in place and slowing us down.
