Pros

- Technology-oriented company (Hybrid Cloud, AI, Automation, etc.) - RedHat synergies (acquired by IBM, but operating autonomously) - Best-in-class continuous learning offerings - Being an IBMer (living The IBM Way)

Cons

Heavy matrix management structure (ridiculously slow to get approvals).

Pros

latest technologies, Sponsorship available for certifications

Cons

Hike's are very less. Rules for promotion, changes every year and asking employee's to do additional certifications to make yourself eligible for promotion. Even if you are eligible, your promotion depends on your manager. This makes promotion process more tedious
