- Work at North San Jose Campus which is a new building. - Seat in cube: privately - Intranet has a lot of resources to discover and learn.

Cons

- Doesn't have good health care benefit. - Fitness room is small. - Project is always so rush, need to be finished in one or two days.

You have a lot of freedom to decide where and when you want to work.

Cons

Hard work is not appreciated Management doesn't care about the people, only the numbers count. Stupid decisions are made by executives, not based on logic, but lobbying and politics. Many efforts are useless and management is often not capable of handling the people. Impossible to get a raise Many people are leaving the company after one or two years, thereby lots of information is not transferred properly or gets lost completely. Below average payrates

Job security is always in question as all the time layoffs are going on in some area of organization. Cares more about wall street, then employees
