Pros

I had a lot of work schedule flexibility and I worked with some of the smartest sales people around.

Cons

The corporate decision making involved a lot of knee-jerk reactions to stock price that had detrimental effects on the sales teams.

Flexible Schedules, great team mates. The companny is going through a Major Transformation. Only time will tell if it is the right thing for IBM.

Cons

Highly Matrix environment. Legacy internal systems. Low Salaries compared to industry standards. Lots of lay-offs.
