Pros

Bright and very capable people Excellent Brand Global and product reach

Cons

The focus on the 2015 share price means that customers and employees no longer matter. The level of inspection and reviews is ridiculous. Some of these take place at weekends too. The company only cares about the share price and people are regularly bullied to inflate the results. Such a shame as used to be a great company .

Good place to work

Pros

It's a good place to work. The company treats employees well and there's opportunity to move around and change role. I started as an engineer changing hard drives and monitors. I'm now working in sales as a Client Manager.

Cons

IBM are probably the worst payers in the industry. If you're motivated by money this isn't the place for you.
