Pros

Lots of products and services to learn about at IBM and at its many enterprise clients. Smart and decent people, for the most part.

Cons

Sometimes it's more difficult to navigate IBM as an IBMer than it is to navigate a client as an IBMer. Some of that naturally comes with the territory of working for a global employer of 300,000, but it could definitely be improved.

Managers are quite pressing. Too many internal meetings.
