Pros

Absolutely amazing company to work for. The possibilities are truly limitless. The network of support you get just by becoming an IBMer is truly unmatched. Excellent benefits and possibilities of commissions.

Cons

Metrics DDRs are judged on aren’t 100% determined on how hard the rep works. The OTE of $35k/yr. is impossible to calculate ahead of time. It is supposed to be if you get 100% of your quotas then you’ll get the $35k. However, there are reps not getting any of that $35k and reps getting way more. Also it can be very defeating making cold calls/emails with no response, hence not making numbers, and not getting any commission contrary to working hard.
