Ability to work on a huge range of technology from hardware through consulting and everything in between. Very good company with respect to inclusion. Diversity is a struggle but improving.

Cons

Standard politics associated with a massive company and like many other companies, do not support work-from-home modls

There are a lot of standards and tradissions that sometimes take long time to be renewed, sometimes make new comers to be difficult to get used to.
