Large portfolio of solutions. Ability to move within company.

Very large, archaic internal tools, very process driven, lack flexibility to move fast.

Very stable company, you can be sure they will not make any cuts, it is a world recognized company

Cons

No employee motivation or engagement, they just don´t care about their employees

Still nice place to work, good work life balance, relatively secure wrokplace

Cons

Common sense lost, endless cost cuts and cost take outs, increasing workload, same salaries, decreasing benefits. Overregulated, micromanaged, bad atmosphere.
