You can build your expertise from scratch or use learning opportunities for upskilling. Great place to learn and to understand how the Big IT corporation works. Multinational environment, many People from around the World. A lot of departaments with various technologies / platforms that gives an opportunity to grow - especially for fresh graduates.

Cons

The work conditions, access to opportunities, fair salary, people , work-life ballance depends on departament / Manager. You might be Lucky or not...nevertheless if you have skills / experience you can always try to change the Team that suits to your profile and meet your expectations.

- Cost cutting everywhere - hiring freeze or ability only for new projects - focus on costs higher than on quality - salary programs are almost cut (no promotions, no on band cascading) - bureaucracy
