Pros

Good benefits, a lot of trainings. There is a system where they can bench you and get training materials for free online so you can develop your skills while you are in bench.

Cons

No permanent project for at least a year. There is a little to no chance for Front end devs like me to land a project because most of the project is backend or fullstack, Company politics will affect your career, you can't control your career, they will put you to a project that you don't have experience with the tech stack then if you are there they don't know how to train newbie with the current tech stack your career will take a wrong turn if that happens. The company will usually use old tech stack most of the time
