Pros

The people - hardworking, clever, supportive Trusted to just get on and do your job Access to world-class learning resources

Cons

Too much work, not enough people to do it all. Everyone became jack of all trades, master of nothing. Way too much bureaucracy- stopped innovation at a local level. Customer was not put first.

Pros

Good working environment where I never felt disrespected or unheard in almost 9 years working there. Great team, great management and good growth opportunities and plenty of chances for upskilling, educations, coaching, etc.

Cons

Few company benefits, each year is more and more challenging due to cost costs and poor consecutive financial results on a global level.
