Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Total disregard for employees work/life balance as many are required to put in lots of overtime with no comp time or financial reward. The company is now being run by finance people who have no clue as to what is really required to do a job effectively for the clients since their only concern is managing cost. Do not recommend as it is spiraling downward.
