Cons

The massive size of IBM tends to turn employees in to 'just a number'. The massive size and frequency of acquisition had turned iBM into a 'Frankenstein monster' of incompatible and out-dated systems.

- Salaries, packages are shrinking - Some processes are slow and complicated - Workload can be very high, requiring overtime (sometimes a lot) - Job movements and changes are sometimes fast-paced
