1. Work life balance is awesome here , full flexible work hour , work load very nominal. 2. Lot of learning. You can move from one technology domain to other domain 3.Very highly technical sound people around.

Cons

1. Salary is not that good as compare to market. 2. No onsite opportunity ( Applicable to IBM ISL only)

The team members and technical projects available. Although morale has been very low for years the staff and team is great. Continued leadership in technology.

Cons

Work-life balance in order to succeed. IBM has changed dramatically over the years and politics play a major role in career. Technical people should drive technical decisions.
