Not a good employer

Pros

Used to be a good company which cared about employees.

Cons

Usually no pay raises. The market salary band/raneges used are not correct. Company looks out only for shareholders not employees. Employee morale keeps going down every year and nobody cares.

Pros

decent salary, flexible with work from home, good people Like any big company, it varies a lot based on your team and management chain Encourage movement within the company (sometimes lateral though)

Cons

slow to make a decision; need approvals from various matrix bosses; Lotus Notes!! getting IT support or in touch with HR is a hassle since they are miles away and you need to fill out tons of forms, tickets, etc, before you get a real person.
