Pros

Amazing options & opportunities both for learning and in terms of roles A varied global mix of brilliant people to work with A culture which respects people, inherently Largely, good work life balance

Cons

Still too big, you can get lost While choosing to stay, you may end-up losing patience - waiting for growth Your experience is heavily influenced by your Project and your Manager Compensation tends to align with market average

Pros

Chaos and constant changes allow a lot of mismanagement and poor performance to be hidden. This shouldn't be a pro, but it is if you're the poor employee trying to survive.

Cons

Oblivious senior leadership more concerned with photo opps for LinkedIn than substantial accomplishments.

Pros

True flexible work environment, lots of opportunities for growth within your current department or cross the organisation.

Cons

Rigidity of global and local processes make internal moves tough. A lot of the internal processes are still heavily manual.
