Pros
Opportunities to work with many different customers across the country in many different industries. Good benefits although the price increased every year.
Cons
Constant reorganizing made it difficult to focus on accounts. Every account considered itself a special snowflake and often would not take advantage of the economies of scale IBM offered. Management was focused on obtaining new accounts, transitioning them to IBM, then moving the day-to-day work to India, China, etc.
