Essentially a staffing company

Pros

Decent people with a large amount of training resources. The main location in Monroe is a newly built building right across the street from the anchor client in Monroe.

Cons

The new building is essentially a call center with no privacy. To make things worse the ability to grow is stifled by the constant disorganization and constantly changing requirements to get promoted. The push for training is constant but the ability to apply any of the skills are nearly nonexistent. Recruiters will lie vigorously and substantially to get you here and then your stuck. If you are interested in IBM avoid anything labeled GBS like the plague. Its a dead end job maintaining outdated code and dying systems for other companies.
