Pros
A salary and a Brand Name. Flexible work arrangements. I struggle to write 20 words here.
Cons
Employees are treated with contempt, barely acknowledged, under compensated and a culture of fear from redundancy seems to be fostered intentionally throughout the organisation to maximise productivity. Arbitrary performance assessments, no accredited training, no pay rises, paltry bonus and management completely oblivious and uncaring of client's business. A 1950s office culture with almost a caste system between management and staff. Expendable 'resources', inadequate IT equipment and software provided to technical support and an obsession with cutting costs no matter what the repercussions to service delivery. Constant lay offs, half truths and lies from above who are always seeking opportunities to fleece employees entitlements, reduce their redundancy payments etc. And of course constant mandatory "box ticking" processes that add no value and squeeze even more time out of the over worked staff. An absolute shambles and getting worse each year.
