IBM is very good company and I would highly recommend it to anyone. You can expect friendly environment and a lot of possibilities to learn and to get in touch with current trends and technologies. It is international company, so you will have a possibility to work with colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

The biggest cons for me is that the company sticks to their processes very much. You will have process for everything, which is annoying and time consuming.
