It just looks good on your resume -nothing else. Everything that was ever good has been taken away from employees.

Cons

- Poor compensation. - Incompetent senior management. - Poor company moral. - No career progression opportunities, unless you fight for it for 5+ years. - Commission structure is one of thr poorest on thr industry. - Constant product and team realignments that confuse customers and damage developing relationships.
