Pros

Flexible timing which allows us to distribute working hours evenly in a day. Great leaders with really good practical knowledge of the business.

Cons

Some midnight meetings which sometimes disrupt social and family life. Overloaded with information considering that some of the projects are lasting for more than 2 years which gives newcomer a very steep learning curve.

Pros

- lots of divisions to move around - lot of exposure to almost any area you want to work on

Cons

- Meritocracy is not valued - you grow based on whom you know - Many people just hide in their role for years (basically work without having the right skills, but keeping good relationship with decision makers)
