Pros

Flexability of work schedule Looks good on your resume The amount of free training that is offered

Cons

The landed management sucks You can forget about a raise They take you from doing something you enjoyed to doing crap in a snap of the finger Unfortunately women and men are treated completely different They dont care about the client happiness, only about how many tickets are being closed Communication from management to employees are little to none Not a clear view of your job role sometimes

Pros

Brand recognition will get you in the door but our cost base is much too high in China to be taken seriously. Working with pre-IPO companies that want a good FSA submission is easy. Have some fantastic solutions.

Cons

They don't treat their people with respect any longer. Armonk costs are forcing China to go to the market with unrealistically high charge out prices. Makes it impossible to capture the market share needed.

Pros

IBM training program is great

Cons

They asked you to train people offshore, once you are done with the skills transfer, you are laid off.
