It recently transform itself to cloud and analytics - these value added services and markets, but the competitors in these fields are also very strong, making the company struggling and its revenue also declining. That's why the growth of employee's salary is very slow. The employee's benefits are also getting worse. The learning experience in the company is more towards around theory like proof of concepts and making hypothesis and assumptions. What's lacking is those practical skills and knowledge and real world problems and solutions. Although generally speaking, the company is still making profit, it has 20 consecutive quarterly revenue decline, which also affect the morale of the staff.
