      Remote working. Professional colleagues. Respect for the Individual, Great prospects (all now in the past). Current.....IBM showing on my CV.

      Cons

      Current: No respect for the individual, Cost cutting to detriment of individual. If not in London, they do not seem interested in you. I was there for 20+ years and RA'd with Stat minimum which for what was once such a fine organisation is poor treatment.

      In the last few years its my belief IBM has lost itself - Each year brings another restructure and another way of doing things which takes about 10 month to partially implement before the following year hits with another new direction! Lots of demotivated and confused staff currently as new approaches are unclear with uncertainty around implementation Evidence of bullying tactics creeping in as profit and revenue achievements are not growing as expected
