Pros

The people I work with is the part I like most about my job. Everyone is supportive and helpful in any way possible. They are investing more into bringing in new hires which is great to see.

Cons

Hours can be tough especially when project spans multiple locations in different time zones and condensed schedules. They took away the benefit of working from home regardless of your team locations.
