      Pros

      - It is not what you would expect. You would expect like big, super bureaucratic, slow etc. However, it is not what it is. You would be amazed if you check all the achievements to the IT industry. I am 100% sure there are departments like no-one ever know what those guys are doing :) but i put it on pros. - A big ocean company so you can switch many teams in the entire globe! - It is matching 100% to 401K up to 5percent of your salary - Yes, you can retire from IBM :D ( it may be seen as cons as well but there are people 30+years in IBM with a lot of experience and you may not trust other tech giants for your lifetime ) - Yes, it has a female CEO :D one step ahead about gender equality compare to the other tech giants.

      Cons

      - Salaries are on the low side of the current market for software people. - Still profitable company but much lower compare to the other tech giants
