1) Opportunity to work on cutting edge technology 2) Have very good work life balance with lot of sensitivity to employee needs 3) Continuous learning opportunity and can switch between technologies as needed 4) Spread across locations enabling one to choose which location they want to work from, provided there are projects in that locations

Cons

1) Poor salaries for existing employees and no talent retainment program 2) Complex promotion structure which keeps employee stagnated in one band for too long 3) Very bureaucratic
