      Working with very smart people. Very good benefits. Most jobs offer flexibility. Variety of things you can do throughout your career. Diversity. Ethical place to work.

      Cons

      Extreme expense controls limit salary increases and other compensation. Starting salaries are not competitive. Very little opportunity for promotion. Long work hours. It often can be very stressful. Constantly expected to do more with less. Relentless focus on moving jobs to growth markets.
