Pros

they provide the best learning program... they dont just kick you out of the company very quickly.... they listen... and they let you explain your side.. the supports are as supportive as they should... and they are wonderful people you will ever deal with.... they will always help you with any difficulties you may encounter on the account you will work with... they will make it as easy as a blink of an eye..... getting hired as IBM employee is definitely a great advantage too... cause once you resign and look for another job, it will be like a sugar coating on your resume.... :)

Cons

agent's disputes are never processed.. that is actually the reason why is resigned
