great talented colleagues, state of the art technology, regular interaction with colleagues within the industry through partnerships and business client relationships. Great life Balance promotion, flexible schedule

Cons

Poor communication from upper management, we depend on rumours, news paper reportings etc whereas if upper management was upfront with us most of us would understand that as a business certain decisions have to be made.
