Worked there for 5 years as a full time staff engineer. - Interesting technical projects. - Some very experienced technical people. - Will meet good people and friends here. - You can learn a lot working there. - Opportunity to work directly with clients in a technical capacity. - Travel, even international, might be an option depending on your job role.

Cons

- Pay is OK, but there are other more competitive companies out there. - Very political, as other big corporate firms are. - Have to pull lots of strings to get any sort of upward mobility. - Management can throw you under the bus in an instant and not think twice.
