Pros

Free training. A way to get into a tech career path if you have a record and no experience, but get out quick.

Cons

Under paid, you'll kill your car because they don't (didn't) give company vehicles, overtime daily that I never got paid for unless I fought daily to make sure it was approved my management, management doesn't care about you. I was in a car accident and hit by a car, on different days lol both times management didn't care at all and asked if I could work any calls that night to compensate the time spent dealing with those incidents. I completed the most calls of any SSR in our area and my bosses response was, "great job, do you think you can get to one more call?" Not even jokingly. I was given no time off when my wife had our baby. We had racist managers, better hope you're a white male. We also saw discrimination against older folks. I could go on, but the gist is that I don't recommend.
