I dreamt of IBM before when I was a fresher. But I came to know big companies like IBM are not a good place to work. The work pressure they give you is like hell. You may not have a life except working with tickets, getting shunts from lead etc. there was a lady lead who use to scold me like a own sister. She tortured me with a mountain of tickets and their closure, even if we tell the truth, she blames you for everything like we trying to escape from work. The manager is a psychic fellow who calls you even on a Saturday night and asks you to login that too after resignation also. I was pregnant at that time, and after baby birth, they calls me during maternity leave and ask to do this, do that etc. Never work in IBM. Save your lives !! There is no opportunity for excelling in position. Only ticketing for me where I am a senior Linux administrator. That hurted me so much.
