Pros

It was a good company. It gave WFH when other companies didnt even had heard of it then. You can grow, if you are clear about what you want. I had good managers and a good Team as well.

Cons

The salary and appraisals were not as per the market rate.

- Good WLB - Good Office

Cons

- Lot of managerial hierarchy. Managers are not technical. - Felt that managers in banagalore location are not technical and have build an ecosystem to protect each other. Senior leadership not pushing hard to make them gain technical skills or promote those who has a right mix of tech and leadership skills.
