Toxic Company But I Learn a Lot

Flexible working - can work from home Learn a great deal from smart people Training is available especially for cloud

Cons

Toxic workplace with terrible management interested looking as good as possible Work life balance leaves a lot to be desired Reduced numbers of people every quarter to perform the same workload Few benefits and lower than market salaries

Pros

Flexible time, can come late and can go early as long as you do your job!!!!

Cons

no free stuffs!!!, no free lunch, breakfast or dinner, no free teas or coffees, no free fruits.. Only thing you get free is water from water dispenser- I dont like the taste and smell of IBM water. The foods/meals from canteen is bad and expensive .
