IBM is a long standing technology powerhouse. The name carries a lot of weight in the IT industry. Resources for learning and growth are limitless.

Cons

Company cannot find it's center. With all the cloud based, SaaS technologies out there, IBM is still firmly grounded in legacy systems and too many products that do the same thing.
